Shipping

We take every precaution and great care in our shipping process to ensure that all packages are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. However we can not be held liable for misdirected, mislabeled or lost packages. Thus, please double check your address before placing your order. Any problems with your order must be brought to our attention within 14 days from the date of shipping.

We carefully pack your order with padding to ensure it’s safe arrival.

Australian Shipping - Free

We ship all items within Australia for free via Australia Post with tracking.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

Shipping times may take 4-6 Business Days. Please contact us before you order if you wish to order express postage.

International Shipping

We ship all international orders with tracking and insurance via Australia Post with tracking.

Exchanges

Since each piece is one-of-a-kind, we do not issue exchanges for items.

Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Defective product

  • Wrong item sent

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Gift Cards

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require your details, a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns

Please make your decision carefully as we do not issue refunds for change of mind.

If you are returning your item for a refund in the event the item is defective, you will receive a refund for only the item itself, we do not cover your postage cost.

If you are shipping a purchase over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
